The Study Prep had just created welcome brochures for each entry point into the school, from nursery through to year 6. The more conventional method would have been to print generic versions for each year and distribute them, but that isn’t the best way to build an ongoing personal relationship with parents and pupils.

The other main issue they were facing was that some of the information in their brochures became outdated quickly. They needed a way to update the artwork without having to waste any of the printed material. Unify allowed them to change the text and images on any of the pages for all the different brochures, giving them the flexibility they needed. It also allowed them to add personalisation to help build relationships and improve retention rates.
Unify’s new features not only allow users to create digital and print versions of their brochures but also to personalise and bulk-upload hundreds of contacts at a time. Plus, with Unify’s trackable link feature, users can easily send PDF versions of their brochures via email and track who views them.
