Not everyone has access to in house design and artwork. When an update to text or images is required a third party designer or agency is sometimes the only option. With Unify you have the online tools to make text and image changes whenever you want as part of your subscription.
Using Adobe Indesign files we upload all the pages required into the Unify Brand Manager, this means you can use your existing artwork or we can design something new for you.
These page are now what we call live pages and can be edited online using a Chrome browser. There is no need for any software or fonts allowing the user to make text or image changes whenever needed. Once the change has been saved it is instantly live across the system to all the admissions team.
Other uses for a live page is to create new pages. If you have had a request for information that isn’t in your prospectus and would be useful for others, then you can duplicate a live page to create more content. Once a page has be duplicated you can update the text and images to make new content. These pages can then be selected when needed and added into the prospectus. This means over time you can build a library of content to choose from making each prospectus personal.
