Kingston Grammar School: Helping prospective Sixth Formers see a school in a new light
Kingston Grammar School is always looking for ways to differentiate itself as a school from their competitors. When they heard about the unique offering Unify provides, they wanted to know more. The Marketing team found the idea of personalising prospectuses on a large scale very appealing. They liked the fact that the product was something that the whole department could work with. Of particular appeal was the concept that anyone in the office could action a request via an easy-to-use CMS.
What we did
The first event that the system was used for was a Sixth Form Open Evening. A tailored prospectus was created to speak to pupils, in particular in Years 10-11 about subject options, in an innovative and engaging way. Individual pupil names were printed on the front of the prospectuses which delighted both potential pupils and parents alike. This element prompted much conversation from everyone as they appreciated the personal touch.
Kingston has gone on to use personalisation in other ways for additional target groups and is very happy with the options the system delivers.

It has been enjoyable working with Unify. The team are quick to respond to questions and are very supportive over the phone. The CMS is easy to use and it’s very quick to create prospectuses, with my colleague managing to upload over 50 on the system in a day!
